Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been used, as they cannot be resold.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us with photos, and we will replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or opened items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Clearance or final sale items
